Singletary Garlic Farms Gourmet Garlic . . . cleaned, dried and finely grated into powder.
This is not your typical store bought garlic, it is a stronger garlic powder which packs a little kick.
 
Please do not just use the same amount as you would with garlic powder purchased from the store. A little goes a long way.
